How much does a MacBook repair cost?
That depends on the model and the damage. Above you can see the starting price for the display, battery, keyboard, trackpad and top case; the configurator shows the exact price for your MacBook as soon as you have chosen the model. If the fault is unclear, we inspect the device for 19 € – the amount is credited if you go ahead with a repair.
Do you also repair Windows laptops?
Yes. Because models and parts vary a lot for Windows laptops, there are no online prices. Send us the make, model and fault via the contact form – we will get back to you with a quote.
How long does the repair take?
Often ready the same day – depending on the model and parts availability. Time is counted from arrival at our workshop; if you send your device in, add the shipping time both ways.
Keyboard or top case – which do I need?
On many MacBooks the keyboard is fixed in the top case, the upper part of the housing. The configurator shows which option exists for your model, with the price. If you are unsure, choose the inspection – we look at the device and tell you what is needed.
Will my data be kept?
With hardware repairs such as replacing the display, battery or keyboard, your data stays on the device. Back it up beforehand anyway, for example with Time Machine or in the cloud.
What warranty do I get?
12 months warranty on the part and the work carried out – whether you send your device in or bring it to the shop. If a fault occurs on the replaced part during this time, we take care of it.
