How much does a smartwatch repair cost?
That depends on the model and the damage. Above you can see the starting price for display and battery replacement; the configurator shows the exact price for your Apple Watch as soon as you have chosen the model. If the fault is unclear, we inspect the device for 19 € – the amount is credited if you go ahead with a repair.
How long does the repair take?
Often ready the same day – depending on the model and parts availability. Time is counted from arrival at our workshop; if you send your device in, add the shipping time both ways.
Which Apple Watch models do you repair?
All models we offer a repair for are listed above – each with display and battery replacement where available for the model. If your watch is not listed, send us a request via the contact form.
Does the pairing with my iPhone stay intact?
When replacing the display and battery, the data on the watch and the pairing with the phone remain untouched — you do not need to set it up again afterwards. A current backup via your iPhone is still a good idea.
Is my watch still waterproof after the repair?
No. Once opened, the factory water protection is no longer guaranteed – your watch is no longer waterproof after the repair. Take it off for swimming or showering afterwards.
What warranty do I get?
12 months warranty on the part and the work carried out – whether you send your watch in or bring it to the shop. If a fault occurs on the replaced part during this time, we take care of it.
Do you also repair other smartwatches?
There are no online prices for other smartwatches. Send us the make, model and fault via the contact form – we will get back to you with a quote.
