Frequently asked questions
How much does a tablet repair cost?
That depends on the model and the damage. Above you can see the starting price of the most common repairs; the configurator shows the exact price for your iPad or Galaxy Tab as soon as you have chosen the model and repair. If the fault is unclear, we inspect the device for 19 € – the amount is credited if you go ahead with a repair.
How long does the repair take?
Often ready the same day – depending on the model and parts availability. Time is counted from arrival at our workshop; if you send your device in, add the shipping time both ways.
Can just the glass of my iPad be replaced?
On some older iPads the glass (digitizer) can be replaced on its own. That costs less than a complete display. The configurator shows whether this is possible for your model – both options are listed with prices where they exist.
Will my data be kept?
With hardware repairs such as replacing the display, battery or charging port, your data stays on the tablet. A backup beforehand is still a good idea, for example via iCloud or your Google account.
Do you also repair school and company iPads?
Yes. School iPads have their own page with a cost estimate for the insurance. Companies, public authorities and schools with several devices will find collection, bulk shipping and invoicing on our business customers page.
What warranty do I get?
12 months warranty on the part and the work carried out – whether you send your tablet in or bring it to the shop. If a fault occurs on the replaced part during this time, we take care of it.
