We purchase decommissioned company devices – smartphones, tablets, and laptops – depending on the model and inspection. Our technicians reset every device using the manufacturer's function, and each device comes with a deletion protocol including the model, serial number or IMEI, date, method, and inspection. For Apple devices, the account holder must first sign out of their Apple ID or turn off "Find My."
