• Tablet is no longer charging

  Dirt is usually deep inside the charging port, and sometimes the contacts are worn out after years of use. We clean it first and only replace the port if that is not enough.

• Tablet won't turn on

  Inspection 19 € — fully credited upon commissioning

  A black screen and no response do not necessarily mean it's a total loss. Often, the cause is a deeply discharged battery, a defective charging port, or a fault on the motherboard.

  We will examine the device under a microscope and let you know what is possible before we start.

• Battery no longer holds a charge

  After a few years, every battery loses capacity—the tablet then has to be constantly plugged in. We will install a new battery and check the charging electronics at the same time.

• Glass cracked, picture still works

  Whether the glass can be replaced on its own depends on the model. In older, non-laminated iPads, the glass panel is separate from the screen and can be replaced individually.

  In newer laminated models, the glass and display are permanently bonded — in those cases, we replace the entire unit. We will let you know which design your device has beforehand.

• Water damage to tablet

  Inspection 19 € — fully credited upon commissioning

  After contact with water, every hour counts: corrosion continues to spread, even if the device still works at first. Keep it switched off and bring it in.

  We will open it, clean the circuit board, and check which components are affected—only then will we know the best course of action.

This is how your tablet repair works

1. Drop off or send in

   Come by Blondelstraße 10 during our opening hours without an appointment — or send in your tablet if you are not in Aachen.

2. Diagnosis and cost overview

   We will take a look at the tablet and let you know what needs to be done and how much it will cost. For iPads, this includes whether the glass can be replaced individually. Work will only begin once you have given your approval.

3. Repair

   We carry out repairs in our own workshop using certified replacement parts. Often ready the same day – depending on the model and parts availability.

4. Pick-up with guarantee

   You can pick up your tablet or have it sent back to you insured. We provide a 12-month warranty on every repair.
