What you should prepare

  • Device code – you do not need this when booking. If we require it for the functional test, we will contact you upon receipt of your device. If we ask you for the code upon receipt and you do not wish to provide it, we will be unable to test all functions. We cannot provide a warranty for any functions that have not been tested.

  • Have your IMEI ready (Settings or *#06#) – so that we can uniquely identify your device.

  • If possible, create a backup.

  • Case, screen protector, and SIM card can stay inside.
