Can I send in my Motorola G31?
Yes. You book the repair in the configurator and pay online in advance. You'll then receive a DHL returns link by email for your shipping label. Within Germany, shipping both ways is free and insured. From the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Austria, sending it in costs a one-off 15 €, return shipping is free and insured.
Will my data be kept?
With hardware repairs, your data stays on the device. We recommend making a backup beforehand.
