What you should prepare

  • Device code – you don't need this when booking. If we require it for the functional test, we will contact you once your device arrives. If we ask for the code upon receipt and you prefer not to provide it, we will be unable to test all functions. Consequently, we cannot provide a warranty for any untested functions.

  • Have your IMEI ready (Settings or *#06#) – so that we can uniquely identify your device.

  • If possible, create a backup.

  • Case, screen protector, and SIM card can stay inside.
