Circuit-board repairs and soldering, including difficult cases
We also assess devices that another workshop could not repair. Depending on the fault, soldering, connector repair or replacement of board components may be possible. Diagnosis establishes whether repair is technically possible and economically worthwhile.
Original parts or STARPHONE Premium: options for your device
We install original replacement parts and, depending on the model, offer lower-priced aftermarket parts from our STARPHONE Premium brand. We discuss the available version, features and price before repair. Many parts are in stock; missing parts usually arrive from our parts warehouse within one working day. Total repair time also depends on diagnosis and the work required.
Business repair service in Aachen and by post
For businesses in Aachen and beyond, we offer repair framework agreements, individual business pricing and priority handling by arrangement. Tell us the model and fault, arrange drop-off or shipping and await diagnosis. Before repair, we explain the work, cost and estimated completion time. We start after your approval.

Protect against repair costs: WERTGARANTIE from €5 a month
WERTGARANTIE smartphone cover starts at €5 a month, depending on the device and tariff. Repair costs may be covered for an insured claim. The optional, paid Premium upgrade includes theft protection and removes the smartphone excess. Without Premium, a €30 excess per claim may apply to smartphones costing more than €300. Your contract determines cover.
If repair is no longer economical, a contribution towards a replacement purchase may apply. For Komplettschutz, WERTGARANTIE states the device’s current value, at least €150, plus €25 for each claim-free year from the third contract year. The benefit applicable to your contract is assessed when you claim.
Damage already present before taking out cover is excluded. Older smartphones may have waiting periods. A new policy therefore does not pay for an already necessary repair. Insurance premiums remain payable; not every repair is free. STARPHONE helps with advice and claims.

STARPHONE repair warranty
Repairs carry a 12-month warranty on the installed part and work performed; for water damage, only installed parts are covered. Refurbished devices have 12 months under our warranty terms. This warranty is separate from WERTGARANTIE insurance. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
New and used devices, accessories and 1&1 contracts
At STARPHONE you can buy new and used smartphones, tablets and notebooks and offer devices for buyback. Ask us about smartwatches, consoles and other devices too. Selection, acceptance and availability depend on the model and condition. As a 1&1 Premium Partner, we advise on mobile and internet contracts. Matching tempered glass with fitting in our shop completes your device.
