Screen protection, cases and compatible accessories
We check suitable protection and accessories for work phones, tablets and notebooks. For cables, chargers and adapters, we agree the required connectors and power. Fitting is included for tempered glass purchased in the shop.
Repair agreements and business terms
Business customers can arrange framework agreements, individual repair pricing and priority handling by agreement. Our workshop assesses smartphones, tablets, notebooks and other electronics. Board repair and soldering are also possible after diagnosis when a simple part replacement is insufficient.
Original and STARPHONE Premium replacement parts
Depending on the device and repair, we offer original parts or our STARPHONE Premium alternatives. We explain available options and possible differences before approval. Many parts are usually in stock; otherwise, sourcing from our parts warehouse normally takes one working day. We confirm the repair date after assessment.
Discuss 1&1 contracts and device protection
As a 1&1 Premium Partner, we advise on mobile and internet contracts. WERTGARANTIE device protection can also be discussed. Suitability, tariff, costs and covered benefits are checked for your requirements.
How to get a quote
Send your business name and contact person, model or intended use, quantity, known faults and desired date. We clarify handover or shipment, scope, availability and terms. You then decide whether to place the order.
Questions from business customers
Can you supply a replacement device immediately?
Enquire with model requirements and your deadline. Availability and handover are confirmed individually. An exchange service, loan device or fixed response time applies only if explicitly agreed.
Is faster handling guaranteed for businesses?
Priority handling can be agreed. Timing depends on the fault, diagnosis and parts availability. Binding commitments are recorded in the quote or framework agreement.
Can a business outside Aachen send devices in?
Yes. Contact us before shipping so we can agree device identification, repair scope and return shipment. Start with a device list and a description of the faults.
